Your Health in the Year of the Rat
2020 is the Year of the Rat. While the rat might not be everyone’s favourite animal, they have many positive traits that we can learn from, including their ability to survive and thrive. They are persistent and flexible, able to adapt and do the things they need to do to keep themselves going and to raise their family.

Self Care is More Than Chill Days and Spa Retreats
Yay for chill days and spa retreats. But, while these things are great for temporary stress relief, they do little to change your health outcomes and future wellness.
Instead, self care is about the regular–often daily–choices we make in what we eat, how we move, the rest we take, and how we implement joy.
